During my tour of duty during Operation Desert Shield/Storm, I often found release from my mechanic duties by assisting the cooks. When I left the army, I enrolled in a local Culinary Arts program and earned my Associated Degree, in the top of my class. I have been a chef at various country clubs, resorts, restaurants and institutions in Wisconsin and North Carolina. After working for others for several years, I decided I wanted to work for myself. The Art of Dinner Personal Chef Service was founded in 2003, and encompasses the best food quality and service, yet remaining efficient and affordable.
